It's Oh So Quiet

It's New Years Eve

It's 9am

It's dark

It's snowing

All the cars sound like they are riding around on buble wrap (the sound of the studded tyres on the road)

We are gonna try and make our way out to Gulfoss today which has a very large water fall and a geysir.

At some point this evening they light bonfires all over Reykjavik and then at midnight every man and his dog and his cat and the cats mother sets off fireworks.
